Managing Lymphoedema
Breast surgery involving lymph node removal may result in impaired lymph flow and drainage. If fluid builds up over time, swelling known as lymphoedema occurs. The swelling can be at the chest, armpit and/ or arm areas.
In Understanding Lymphoedema video, Occupational therapist shows how to look out for signs of swellings and how to relieve swellings.
