Learn how to prepare a crowd-pleasing main dish and dessert that is packed full of flavour and nutrition. You can make this well ahead for a crowd at work, family gatherings and parties! Chef Trish will be teaching you how to prepare a quick and easy Japanese Style Chicken & Potatoes Stew in under 30 mins and a local favourite kueh, Ubi Kayu!Menu:
