Synopsis

Join the WellSpent Upcycling team for an enlightening sharing session as they unveil the power of upcycling and sustainability, and how these practices can be seamlessly integrated into our daily lives. Unbeknownst to many, spent ingredients like orange peels are bursting with fiber, essential vitamins, and a plethora of health benefits. You will learn the art of transforming orange peels into delectable and nutritious culinary wonders. In addition, you will gain hands-on experience in creating highly nutritious eggshell salt, an ingenious technique that transforms discarded eggshells into a flavorful seasoning packed with essential minerals.  

By participating in this workshop, you will not only acquire practical knowledge, but also contribute to sustainability efforts by minimizing food waste. At the end of the workshop, you will have the opportunity to bring home your creations and share them with your loved ones, spreading the joy of healthy eating and sustainable cooking practices.
