Synopsis
Having been diagnosed with breast cancer is something that you don’t want to hear about.

Does this mean that it’s a sentence that will limit your physical ability? Does this mean that you should cease all activities and ‘focus’ on getting better? The short of it is, N-O, no! A diagnosis of cancer is neither the end nor a reason to cease all activities. Certainly, with the treatment of breast cancer, it will bring on a slew of side-effects. However, this should give you all the reason, all the more, to participate in physical activity!

Not sure how to get started or what to do? Come on to this month’s talk to find out from our Physiotherapist as to how you can begin to engage and begin your journey to start feeling better!

(Do note that the session will be conducted in English only)

Limited slots available!
