Juicing is an easy way in which our body can get nutrients that is essential to keeping our body healthy and functioning properly.
Having juices is a great way in complementing our diet to ensure we are getting enough vitamins, minerals and even protein to boost our immunity and improve our gut health. It can also increase our energy and sharpen our mental clarity.
In this 1.5 hours workshop, let’s come together with a juicing expert and our dietitian to understand the different types of juices, benefits of juicing, ingredients that are suitable for juicing and storage of juices. You will also get to enjoy a demo session of making a cold-pressed juice and a smoothie as well as a taste of these concoctions.
