Synopsis
More often than not, we skip reading and comparing the Nutrition Information panels of similar products in the supermarket due to our lack of understanding of how to read them and also what to make of nutritional claims. With Chinese New Year round the corner, it's even harder as many of these snacks do not come with a label.
Join us for this live session with Senior Dietitian, Mr Gerard Wong, where he will be sharing tips and tricks on how to decipher all the jargon and numbers on the food label to accurately identify healthier options.
