Gentle Yoga strengthens the immune system and softens some of the effects of cancer treatment. It also helps to enhance our emotional and psychological wellbeing by releasing tension, anxiety, and creating “space” – physically and emotionally. Come join us for an hour of gentle yin and hatha yoga and learn simple poses and breathing exercises that you can do at home to help with your recovery. We may also include some slow and gentle vinyasa flow, as an option for some of us.
Attire: Please dress comfortably and in clothing that allows freedom of movement.
