For many of us, we are always reluctant to make a dietary change as we often associate it with a compromise on flavour.
If you love the idea of having a healthy diet but always dread making a change, fret not, while it is a big thing to commit to it, we hope some of these easy swaps will help you achieve your goal.
A simple food swap may help you subconsciously reduce some sugar and fat in your daily diet for health benefits that go beyond just losing weight. It could help to also reduce risk of getting certain chronic health diseases, for example diabetes and cardiovascular diseases.
