A typical supermarket stocks at least 10,000 lines of products. It is easy to be overwhelmed by aisles of food, various health claims and endless choices.
In this supermarket tour, a Dietitian will take a small group through the supermarket aisles, discussing how to read and interpret food labels. There will be plenty of opportunities for questions. This is a great activity for anyone who would like to understand more about what food labels really mean and how to make healthier food choices.
(Do note that the session will be conducted in English only)
