Soyberry Smoothie
Smoothies are a great way to pack in nutrient-rich fruits for a quick energy boost. This is easily replicated with a variety of fruits or dairy alternatives.

• 4 strawberries
• 1 banana
• 250ml soy milk
• 1 tablespoon honey
• Ice cubes
