Come experience the power of relaxing into the alpha state, through ’Meditation for Inner Calm’.

Alpha brain state is said to be one of calm awareness. Being in this state enhances mental coordination, alertness, mind-body integration and helps the practitioner to be ever present in the moment.

Put on your most comfortable clothes and grab a mat or chair for this healing session where you will be guided through a series of simple stretches along with deep relaxation techniques to achieve inner calm.

About the Facilitator:

Kavitha Shekar (RYT-200) is a yoga alliance certified Ananda Yoga trainer with over 300 hours of teaching experience. Kavitha views every individual as a holistic Being, capable of expressing themselves to their fullest potential. She empowers her clients to embrace themselves in totality.

Kavitha is also a certified Reconnection Healing Practitioner and a Hypnotherapist.
